Test drives are by appointment only and require a valid driver's license and proof of insurance. Velocity reserves the right to refuse a test drive to anyone at our discretion.

Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Vehicle Returns

Due to the nature of luxury vehicle sales, all vehicle purchases are final once the sale is completed and the vehicle is delivered, except as required by state lemon laws.

2. State Lemon Laws

If your vehicle qualifies under applicable state lemon laws, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund. Contact us immediately if you believe your vehicle has a recurring defect.

3. Accessory Returns

Unused accessories in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, less shipping costs.

4. Refund Process

Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.

New vehicles come with the manufacturer's original warranty. Used vehicles may have remaining manufacturer warranty or be sold with an extended warranty.

2. Velocity Certified Pre-Owned Warranty

Our certified pre-owned vehicles include:

  • 12-month/12,000-mile comprehensive warranty
  • 7-year/100,000-mile powertrain warranty
  • 24-hour roadside assistance
  • Complimentary maintenance for 1 year

3. Extended Warranty Options

We offer extended warranty plans for additional coverage:
